Nestled among the enchanting winter wonderland of Kakslauttanen Arctic Resort, my gourmet getaway at the East Village revealed a subtle yet remarkable culinary experience. the glass igloo bar, a hidden gem in the West Village, offered a serene setting to savor local Lappish cuisine. the Aurora restaurant, a luminary amid the snowy landscape, welcomed me with a buffet breakfast reminiscent of the log restaurant in the East Village, boasting fresh breads, fruits. As I indulged in the à la carte menus, bursting with flavors unique to the region, my taste buds danced with joy. the forests surrounding the resort provided an unexpected delight - foraging for mushrooms and berries, a true taste of nature's bounty. Immersed in a gastronomic adventure, Kakslauttanen Arctic Resort surpassed expectations, blending culinary innovation with the essence of Lapland's charm.
